For more than 60 years, Coldwell Banker Kennon & Parker has helped shape the real estate landscape of Columbus, Georgia, Phenix City, Alabama, Auburn, Alabama, and the surrounding communities of West Georgia and East Alabama.

Founded in Columbus in 1964, the company grew through strong leadership, strategic expansion, and a long-standing commitment to professionalism, service, and community. Over the years, that growth included the merger of respected local real estate firms and the addition of new generations of leadership, all building on the legacy established by the Kennon and Parker names.

In 2024, Garrett Groce, Paul Fincher, and Steven Armstrong purchased the company, ushering in a new chapter for one of the region’s most established real estate companies. At the start of 2025, the company returned to the name Coldwell Banker Kennon & Parker to honor its deep roots and long-held relationship with the area. Later that year, the acquisition of Coldwell Banker Alliance in Auburn expanded the company’s reach even further across East Alabama real estate markets.

Today, Coldwell Banker Kennon & Parker remains independently owned and proudly serves buyers, sellers, investors, and families across Columbus GA real estate, Phenix City AL real estate, Auburn AL real estate, West Georgia real estate, and East Alabama real estate. With a reputation built on integrity, local expertise, and lasting relationships, the company continues to deliver the trusted service that has defined its name for generations.
