Amy Norris, REALTOR

Amy is a proud Columbus native who graduated from Brookstone and went to undergrad at SMU & then obtained her law degree from Mercer University. She has a real estate license in both Georgia and Alabama. She began her work in real estate in 2019, first with Lucia Swift as her partner, when they collaborated to create the Swift Norris Team. In 2022, Lucia moved away from Columbus, and Amy began her solo career. Today, she continues to enjoy working with buyers, sellers, and investors in the area.

Prior to her career as a realtor, Amy practiced law in Atlanta for seven years, first in litigation and then later as a closing attorney, where she got her first taste of the real estate market. When she moved back to Columbus in 2006, Amy began working in trusts and estates, specifically as a trust officer at Synovus Trust Company and then Raymond James Trust. While Amy loved working in this industry, she is grateful to now have a job that allows her to get away from the desk and into homes, helping clients whether buying or selling their dream homes.

Amy is married to Charlton Norris, and they have two children: Jack Ferguson, a UGA grad, who works in commercial real estate in Atlanta, and Charlie Norris, who is a student and volleyball player at Brookstone. Amy loves animals, (especially her three dogs Cinnamon, Chewie and Bruce), decorating, and reading anything she can get her hands on.
