Blake Carter has been actively engaged in the real estate industry for more than 20 years, with a career that spans residential and commercial property valuation, consulting, risk management, and brokerage services. In addition to being a licensed agent, he is a General Certified Appraiser in Alabama and Georgia with experience across both states, giving him a unique perspective on markets, property types, and investment trends.

He is a lifelong resident of the Chattahoochee Valley, with in-depth understanding of the Columbus, GA market and the surrounding region. His experience includes working with a broad range of property types from industrial and office to retail, multi-family, hotels, subdivisions, and special-use properties, equipping him to advise clients across virtually any commercial real estate need.

Today, Blake leverages this extensive appraisal background to provide brokerage clients with more than just transactional support. His ability to analyze value, assess risk, and understand long-term market dynamics allows him to help buyers, sellers, and investors make informed decisions with confidence. Whether guiding acquisitions, dispositions, or development opportunities, Blake combines data-driven insight with local and regional market familiarity to deliver clear strategies and dependable results.

Outside of his professional life, Blake is married to his high school sweetheart, Megan, and together they have three daughters. Faith and community play an important role in his life. He serves on the worship team at Crosspointe Church and has a heart for missions. He has also served on the boards of local non-profit organizations like Clement Arts and Phenix City Youth Softball. In his free time, he enjoys watching football, playing golf, hiking, fishing, and hunting.
