Fabain Wiggins

Fabain is a Columbus, Georgia native with deep roots in the community he proudly serves. He attended grade school locally, and was a trumpet player in the Carver High School marching band. He has lived and worked throughout the Columbus and Phenix City area, building lasting relationships and a strong connection to the people and neighborhoods that make up the community.

Before transitioning into real estate, Fabain built a successful career spanning over 18 years as a painting contractor in the Columbus and Phenix City area, building First Choice Painting and Home Repair, which he still operates. In addition, he brings more than 16 years of experience in the local sales industry with both door to door and business to business sales, working for companies like Swisher International, Ecolab, and Performance Food Group. Through this work, he developed a strong understanding of customer service, negotiation, and the importance of delivering quality results, along with a trained eye for property condition, presentation, and value.

Now with Coldwell Banker, Fabain brings that same hands-on experience and practical knowledge into his real estate career. His background allows him to offer clients a thoughtful and informed perspective, whether they are preparing to sell a home or searching for the right property to fit their needs.

Known for his steady work ethic and attention to detail, Fabain approaches each client relationship with professionalism and care.
