Kat Cannella is thrilled to be a part of The Locals Real Estate Group, a market-leading team at Coldwell Banker Kennon & Parker. With a background in training/facilitation, leadership development, and team building, she knows how to see people as they are, to understand their needs and wants at a deeper level and provide a high degree of service treating clients as they want to be treated.

Kat is a Columbus native, a graduate of Hardaway High School and Columbus State University. A passionate and tireless community volunteer, Kat shares her talent serving with a number of organizations to include: StartUP Columbus (CO.STARTERS facilitator), the Muscogee County Library Foundation (Trustee), Columbus Georgia Young Professionals (2016 Chair), CSU Alumni Association (Past President), the Junior League of Columbus (Sustaining Member), Phi Mu Fraternity for Women, American Mensa (Region 5 Ombudsman, Area Coordinator, Test Proctor), and others. She is a graduate of Leadership Georgia (2025), Leadership Columbus (2013), and Young Gamechangers (Fall 2017), a program of Georgia Forward.

Her enthusiasm for people is contagious, and evident even in her hobby as a group fitness instructor at several local venues. Kat is married to Robert Anness IV (Bobby) and the couple has two children. She is currently preparing listings as an expert on Daniel Tiger's neighborhood.
