He holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Accounting from Columbus State University and has built an accomplished career across multiple industries.

Lamar spent more than 20 years with Carmike Cinemas, focusing on development and site identification for movie theaters and related uses across the country. His deep expertise in market analysis, location strategy, and commercial planning makes him a trusted advisor for clients navigating complex commercial transactions.

He currently serves as Chairman of the CBOR Commercial Real Estate Committee, further highlighting his leadership and influence within the industry. Lamar is a proud husband, father, and grandfather who enjoys supporting his 12 grandchildren in their sports and activities.
