Hello I'm Leonard Orenstein, a professional Realtor with Coldwell Banker in the Columbus Georgia area. I believe home is where our life happen, and because of that, my goal is to position my clients to win when it comes to buying and selling real estate.

My wife Heather and I along with 2 of my boys have been on quite a journey that has brought use from New Jersey to Atlanta to Columbus with a short stop in Pennsylvania. Married for 34 years I have spent many of years in the corporate world as a Manger in the Healthcare business. I have a good understanding of change. We understand the importance of having a home for our family. Home is where our lives happen. It's where we begin each day with the hustle and bustle of getting ready for work, its where we raised our boys into men. It's where we end up after a long day and get to kick off our shoes, relax, and have some family time. It's a safe place that we find our rest. It's where we discuss our plans, our dreams, and our future.

Heather and I moved to Columbus in 2016, and simply fell in love with it. It's where we plan on retiring. In 2019, after several years working in the corporate world in as a Manager, I transitioned to a career as a professional Realtor.

Clients come from all different backgrounds, have different goals and dreams, and a variety of reasons for pursuing a real estate transaction. Whether it's a first time buyer or seller, or a seasoned investor, every real estate transaction is a big deal! This is about the purchase or sale of a large financial asset. Very often it's someone's largest financial asset. As a Realtor, I have the privilege of partnering alongside my clients, understanding their needs, putting a plan into place, and helping them achieve their goals in the best manner possible.

When I'm not working I enjoy spending time with my family. Serving at my church and in the homeless ministry. I enjoy watching sports with my boys and sitting on our back porch relaxing with my wife.

There's a difference between having a place to live and having a home. Home doesn't necessarily mean a million dollar mansion. It could mean a budget bungalow. I can't guarantee you a million dollar deal on a thousand dollar budget, but I can promise that I'll tell you the truth, communicate with you, and work diligently to make your hopes and dreams a reality.
