My name is Mark Gullatte, and I bring a fun yet calculated approach to business, a philosophy I've practiced throughout my careers as an attorney, compliance professional, and city planner. I believe buying and selling real estate should be an exciting and rewarding experience, while acknowledging the significant commitment it entails. That is where I come in. My goal is to be your trusted advisor, guiding you seamlessly through the process every step of the way.

I am a Columbus and the Valley native, having alternated sides of the Chattahoochee River over the years. My wife and I, along with our two daughters, are deeply rooted in the community. We're members of Edgewood Baptist Church and reside in Midtown, just a few blocks from Columbus High. Much of our family lives within walking distance, which, I must say, is mostly a good thing! To put it simply, we are local through and through.
