Merritt Pryor, Director of Relocation and Compliance

At Coldwell Banker Kennon & Parker, we’re grateful for agents who combine professionalism with genuine care for the people and communities they serve. Merritt Pryor reflects that balance well. A Columbus native and Brookstone School graduate, Merritt has deep roots in the Chattahoochee Valley, and her work in real estate is shaped by a natural desire to build relationships and support others through meaningful life transitions.

Merritt serves both as a Licensed Realtor and as an Agent Development Advisor within our organization, where she enjoys encouraging and guiding fellow agents as they grow in their careers. Prior to real estate, she spent more than a decade in the financial technology industry with TSYS, experience that continues to influence her thoughtful, detail-oriented approach to helping clients navigate the buying and selling process. A graduate of Auburn University with a degree in Operations Management, she brings both organization and perspective to the work she does alongside her husband, West, and their teammate Brad Snow.

Family and community are central to Merritt’s life. She and West are raising their daughters, Helena and Cate, here in Columbus, and they stay actively involved in church life at St. Paul United Methodist Church. Merritt also gives her time to organizations that serve the local community, including volunteering with St. Anne-Pacelli and Columbus Hospice, and she contributes to preservation efforts as a board member of Historic Columbus. She cares deeply about the continued vitality of the city, especially Midtown, where much of her personal and professional energy is focused.

Whether she’s working with clients, supporting colleagues, or serving in the community, Merritt brings warmth, steadiness, and a sincere commitment to helping others feel at home.
