Originally from Stockton, California, Patrice Riley brings discipline, dedication, and heart to everything she does. After serving in the United States Army, Patrice was stationed at Fort Benning, where she fell in love with the Columbus area and decided to make it home. Now a proud resident of the community for over 16 years, she is passionate about helping others plant roots here as well.

Patrice's career has always centered around helping people become the best version of themselves. As a certified personal trainer for over five years and a coach at Orangetheory Fitness, she has built a reputation for motivating others, building confidence, and creating a positive community environment.

Her transition into real estate was a natural extension of her passion. Patrice believes buying or selling a home is one of life's biggest milestones, and she is committed to guiding clients through the process with care, strategy, and enthusiasm.

A proud mother of two amazing teenagers, Patrice enjoys reading, running and training for races in her free time. Her love for fitness, family, and community fuels her mission to serve others.
