Paul Fincher, Managing Broker

Paul Fincher is a proud native of Columbus, GA, born in 1982 to Michael and Barbara Fincher. During his time at Columbus High School, Paul was involved in a variety of activities, including debate, chorus, and wrestling. He even managed to secure the city championship in the 145-weight class during his junior year and placed second in regionals his senior year.

After high school, Paul pursued higher education at Columbus State University, where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Communication with a minor in Spanish Language and Culture. He continued his studies at Troy University, graduating with a Master of Science in Management degree, specializing in Organizational Leadership in 2010.

Paul's professional journey began in retail management for a subsidiary of AT&T. He contributed to bilingual recruiting efforts for Aflac from 2005 to 2006. In 2012, he transitioned into real estate, partnering with Garrett Groce at Coldwell Banker - KPDD to establish Groce & Fincher, LLC. Over the next five years, Paul and Garrett became recognized as a top-performing team within Coldwell Banker and the Columbus Board of Realtors.

In 2016, Paul took on leadership roles within Coldwell Banker - KPDD, eventually becoming a Managing Partner and the Qualifying Broker. During his tenure, he oversaw significant growth and transformation within the company, doubling profits and introducing new departments and services.

Outside of work, Paul is deeply committed to his faith and community, serving as an elder and worship pastor at CrossPointe Church since 2005 and has been involved in various boards, including the Columbus State University Department of Communication Advisory Board and Truth Spring Board of Directors.

Paul married Rebecca in 2005, and together they have four children: Michael, Betsy, David, and Dorothy. They enjoy spending time outdoors, hunting and fishing, camping throughout the southeast with their camper, and tending to their farm in Harris County, GA, where they raise Wagyu Cattle, chickens, and tend to the family vegetable garden.
