Hi, I'm Skyler Duncan, a proud military wife, mom of three beautiful daughters, and passionate real estate professional. My journey has been shaped by years of moving--first as a military brat, and now as a military spouse. I spent my childhood bouncing between Florida, Colorado, Germany, and Texas before graduating from Harker Heights High School in 2011 and welcoming my oldest daughter Emmerie into the world in July. After relocating to Florida in 2012, I met my husband, Johnathan, and we married in 2013.

Our second child Audrey was born at Eglin Air Force Base in November. When Johnathan joined the Army in late 2013, we began our life together in the military, moving to Fort Riley, Kansas, where we spent the first few years of our marriage. In 2016, we welcomed our youngest daughter, Bella, and shortly after, moved to Fort Stewart, Georgia and spent the next 5 years there. In 2018, we bought our first home in Hinesville, GA--a milestone that was a huge turning point in our lives. That same year, I obtained my real estate license and embarked on a career that allowed me to transform our family's future.

After our final PCS here to Fort Moore in 2022, we settled in Smiths Station Alabama! I went on to get my Brokers Licenses in Georgia and Alabama in October of 2022.

Now, as I work with my new KPDD family, I'm excited to help other military families and individuals at every stage of their lives. Having experienced the challenges of constant relocation, I understand the importance of finding a place to call home, and I'm dedicated to guiding others through that journey.
