Steve Davis, Managing Broker

Steve Davis has been a licensed Realtor since 1978. He was also a building contractor during the first 10 years after licensure and has done Residential and Commercial Development during a majority of the time since then.

He founded Davis Realty Co. in 1986, and owned and operated it until December 2010, when Davis Realty Co. was merged into Coldwell Banker KPDK and Steve became an owner and Partner in the firm.

He is a former U.S. Army Special Forces (Green Berets) Infantry Officer and Vietnam veteran and has a B.S. degree in Business Administration .

He is a past president of the Columbus Board of Realtors, Lifetime member of the Circle of Excellence, and member of the the Commercial Circle of excellence, Chairman of the Columbus Board Multiple Listing Service committee for the past 12 years, Chairman of the Professional Standards and Ethics Committee for 15 years and is presently on the Ga. State Professional Ethics Committee.

He is a longtime member and Deacon of Calvary Baptist Church, serving on several boards of directors including Calvary Christian School, The Gardens Assisted Living, Snowbird Wilderness Outfitters in N.C. and the Board of Regents at Liberty University.

He has been married to his wife, the former Pam Knowlton, since 1971. They have 3 married children and 7 grandchildren.
