With a professional background that includes nearly two decades in retail banking—from teller to branch manager—West brings patience, clarity, and steady guidance to clients as they navigate important financial and life decisions related to homeownership.

West approaches real estate as an opportunity to equip others well. Alongside his wife, Merritt, and their teammate Brad Snow, he works to make sure clients feel informed, supported, and confident throughout the process. His natural inclination toward mentorship also shows up within our company, where he enjoys encouraging fellow agents and sharing what he’s learned along the way.

A lifelong member of the Columbus community, West is a graduate of Shaw High School and Columbus State University, and he cares deeply about the continued growth and well-being of the Chattahoochee Valley—especially the Midtown area he’s passionate about. He and Merritt are active members of St. Paul United Methodist Church, and their family stays involved in the community through service and relationships. West has also dedicated time to local nonprofit work, including serving on the board of Hope Harbour, which supports individuals and families affected by domestic violence.

At home, West and Merritt are proud parents to their daughters, Helena and Cate. Whether he’s spending time with family, staying active outdoors, or working alongside clients and colleagues, West brings a steady presence and a heart for helping others move forward.
