Open House 8/14, 1-3 pm. War Eagle! My name is 241 S Brookwood Dr., the most charming bungalow “inside the loop” that you’ve ever seen! I’m adorable, quaint & live in such a popular area that I know I won’t be on the market long. Hurry for a visit before a new owner steals me away! I have intriguing stories of the adventures we’ve had over 74 years in the “loveliest village.” If my trees & flowers could talk, they’d tell memories of laughter, picnics & games played by newlyweds, students, professors, children & grandparents who’ve lived here & of the iconic Auburn sporting events we’ve celebrated! They’ve even been rolled with TP too! Aubie loves to visit me! I’m highly educated as I’m so close to AU, library & several schools. My owners have cherished & taken excellent care of me so I’m in tip-top condition. I’ve been updated so I feel & look younger than I am!
